Iraq E-Gate for Financial Services (SWITCH) is giving You the opportunity to join its team as Helpdesk Engineer.

Job details:

  • Work location: Baghdad
  • Workdays: 5
  • Work time: Full Time

Job Duties:

  •  Knowledge of network infrastructure, including telecoms, Cisco switches, LAN and WAN equipment.
  • Ability to configure Cisco equipment.
  • A thorough knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware and office software.
  • Expert at using step by step troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Provide hands-on support for standard desktop environment using both Windows 10,11 and MAC
  • Coordinate hardware/printer/PC equipment maintenance.
  • End to end ownership of Incident management and its successful closure as per the defined SLAs.

Job requirements:

  • 1 year experience in the same Job
  •  University Degree in Information Technology.
  •  knowledge in MS AD.
  •  In-depth hands-on knowledge Operating systems and hardware-level support.
  •  Knowledge of IT standards, processes, and policies.
  • Extensive experience of supporting desktop Operating systems.
  • Extensive experience of supporting MS Office suite.
  •  Experience of using SolarWinds ITSM
  •  Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Ability to priorities tasks.
  •  Problem-solving skills.
  •  Good command of written and spoken English
